The Viper tarp system has a stationary gantry fixed at your cab height (can customize upon customer request). The Viper includes an adjustable aluminum tarp axle with 3/4" bearing and 98" open-top style aluminum housing. The viper includes 5-spring steel or 5-spring aluminum external mount arms with offset mounts for hooklift / roll-off trucks and trailers up to 28'. Tarp IS included. This kit comes standard with our upgraded weather-resistant switch kit and super mesh tarp material to handle all types of waste hauling whether it be general residential trash clean-outs or sharp and abrasives metals for recycling.

Kit features:

• Heavy-duty steel powder-coated gantry (upon customer's request)
• Gantry can cover up to 40 yd. containers
• 50:1 12V Electric tarp motor that works up to 28ft with a 3-year warranty standard  (Opening, separating, or otherwise tampering with motor and gearbox will void the warranty)
• Upgraded reverse polarity weather-resistant solenoid switch kit with toggle switch and 30ft of tri-wire.
• 7' 6" or 8' wide tarp with our upgraded super mesh material in lengths of 20', 24', 28', and 32'. (Please account for gantry to dumpster clearance when ordering your tarp length. You need about 4' of overage to ensure proper coverage when the dumpster is overloaded.)

Please note: You need 6" - 8" between the gantry and the cab to mount this kit safely. You will need to weld or U-bolt the gantry to your trailer, usually directly mounted on the chassis. Please check for clearance or compatibility issues before purchasing. This item is considered overweight and excessive length. We have added a flat rate shipping fee to cover all costs associated with getting this system to your door. If shipping comes out to cheaper than what you paid, you will be refunded the difference after shipping.
