X-Taper Headtube
Our X-Tapered headtube offers the space for a tapered fork to be fitted. Tapered forks offer superb stiffness and precision and deliver confidence-inspiring steering.

Internal Cable Routing
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, while the Cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

Smooth Welding
Sometimes called 'double pass welding, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance, you will be convinced it is carbon.

Down Tube Exit
Ensures that internally routed cables and wires can't move freely and remain easily accessible for servicing.

Racelite 61 Aluminium
We use a minimum of 6061 aluminum. The payback is that making lighter and more advanced frames is possible. We use additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thicknesses to produce light and stiff frames.

TFS - Techno Forming System
Technoforming is a mechanical forming process, shaping the tubes using harmful molds, sometimes combined with an internal metal core.

F-Mount
'F-Mount' equipped bikes have integrated fittings for mud guards (some bikes require model-specific mud guards), making fitting fast and simple.

K-Mount
Integrated mount on the chainstay to fit a MERIDA kickstand (or any commercial kickstand).

C-Mount
Similar to our F-MOUNT, where various fixing points for mudguards are part of the frame offering, the C-MOUNT-equipped bikes have the fixing points for a rear rack already integrated, making fitting fast, simple, and reliable. The C-MOUNTS are an additional feature that improves the day-to-day versatility by adding loading capacity to your bike, ideal for commuting and shopping trips. Please note that some bikes require model-specific rear racks.
