Through upcycling, Jawoll Baby saves the valuable material wool and makes it usable again, here as natural sun protection for babies in the carrier.
In summer, you can put the leg warmers on your baby so that their legs are protected from the sun's rays when they are in the carrier. Of all natural textiles, wool has the highest sun protection; experts estimate it to have up to SPF 50.
The dark color of the cuffs also absorbs the light.
The wool material is pleasantly light and soft.
You can wear them in different ways, for example just gathered between the foot and knee or pulled long and well above the knee. Of course, you can also use the cuffs for your arms (in which case different age requirements apply) or use them to keep you warm in autumn and winter. Wool simply ensures the ideal temperature in every season.
The cuffs are available in 3 sizes:
Size 1: approx. 0 to 6 months, length 23.5 cm, width 8.5 cm
Size 2: approx. 6 to 12 months, length 25.5 cm, width 9.5 cm
Size 3: approx. 1 – 3 years, length 26.5 cm, width 10.5 cm

Wool is a wonderful natural material: it regulates temperature, is breathable, dirt-repellent and odor-resistant. These are all properties that make wool an ideal material for baby and children's clothing.
However, breeding sheep for wool production is harmful to the climate and involves animal suffering.
A sustainable alternative is the use of existing resources: Jawoll Baby gives damaged wool sweaters a new life and makes the valuable resource wool usable again.
The orange thread from Jawoll Baby: Wool is biodegradable - polyester yarn is not. When the textile's usage cycle is over, you can see at a glance through the orange seams where you can separate the thread and wool and thus enable recycling. Only separated materials can be recycled in the household waste.
For any small holes that may appear during use, I will include a piece of the original fabric with your order. This way you can repair your favorite piece and use it for a long time.
