This yellow splinter camo is built to pop. It's meant to stand out, but you don't really have to think about it. Camo is one of those things that's so loud that you can just keep it simple with everything else, and the shirt will do all of the talking.
We do have to recognize just how good the construction is on this piece. Other field shirts are normally less dense and lighter on the sewing to create a light layer feel. For this variation, they've utilized the construction of a heavy denim or twill fabric, making it feel more substantial and sturdy. It's exactly what we would want for a textile of this caliber. They've also included the urea cat's eye buttons they used on the work shirts to crank up the hardiness.

Fit Notes: The Field Shirt is another one built with more room than the standard 'slim' silhouette for which RGT is known. That said, Tommy still stuck with his classic RGT size large in this guy. Being that this is one size up from what would traditionally fit his body, it gives him a little more leeway but still seems to be the perfect fit. We recommend doing the same if you want a more comfortable wear. Tommy is 5'10," 165bs with a 40" chest.
