This Maggie Sottero Zephyrine gown was purchased in November of 2024 and ordered to my size which I picked up in May of 2025. Upon trying it on once more at pick up, I sadly came to the realization that this dress was not for me as beautiful as it is. The cover photo is of me trying the dress on when I picked the gown up in June. The remaining photos are when I initially tried on the dress at the store and to show what the matching veil looks like. The veil is still packaged and unopened. In the photos I am not wearing shoes. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. The dress also comes with additional fabric for the bodice or to add to the shoulders of the strapless gown. Good book!
Format: Paperback
Very helpful book for pathophysiology. The CD not only gives you answers to the case studies but gives you clear details of the clinical Pathophysiology of a particular disease. Definitely recommend it to students going for their Master's degree!

No Answers Provided to Case Studies
Format: Paperback
The cases are helpful; however, realize that there are NO answers whatsoever to the questions presented in the cases--not a huge problem I suppose, b/c you can google everything, but certainly an annoyance. (esp. when there are multiple possible answers. The author states in the foreword that some of the cases are real; in which case, why not provide the justification presented in the patient's chart as to why that patient takes a particular drug, esp. considering that you may take a drug for its side effects rather than its therapeutic effect. . .anyhow. . )
I think if the author provided at least SOME insight/guidance to the cases that it would be much more helpful, but until then, I'm skeptical as to why others gave this book 5 stars.

Used this for a Patho class and thought it was a great resource. My group had hypertension and it was really good about giving an overview of the disease without overwhelming you with information. Some of the studies were obvious as to why the disorder occurred but in those cases it helped link body systems and show interactions.
