CYKL MONO: A Timeless Titanium Bike

The MONO is the immediate solution for high-performance equipment without the standard compromises of mass-production bicycles. It serves as the optimal entry point into the titanium world, featuring a coherent and reliable build ready for immediate deployment. By choosing this configuration, you access the structural properties of Grade 9 Titanium combined with components rigorously selected by our workshop for their field-proven reliability.

This bike is engineered to absorb the diversity of modern usage. During the week, it acts as a responsive mobility tool, filtering road vibrations through the natural properties of the titanium alloy. On weekends, its stable geometry and versatile drivetrain allow for seamless transition from asphalt to forest tracks or long-distance bikepacking. The MONO is not another specialized bike; it is the single machine designed to replace all others.

Investing in a MONO means securing a platform immune to proprietary standard obsolescence. Every component, from the drivetrain to the wheelset, has been chosen for durability and ease of maintenance. Featuring a UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) and a threaded BSA bottom bracket, this bike is repairable worldwide. Furthermore, its architecture is highly modular: it can easily transition from dropbar to flatbar configurations or accommodate a 50mm suspension fork without mechanical conflict.

Each bicycle is precision-assembled in our Montpellier workshop, ensuring rigorous quality control and optimal calibration before shipping. This build represents a rational investment: a high-performance machine today, easily upgradeable tomorrow, and protected by a lifetime frame warranty. It is, concretely, the last bicycle required for the next three decades of exploration.

Key Technical Points

Tire clearance up to 700x55c: Enabled by the integration of a CNC-machined titanium Yoke.

Grade 9 Titanium Frame: An alloy selected for its vibration damping and structural longevity. Lifetime warranty.

Mechanical 12s Drivetrains: Choice of L-TWOO, Shimano, or SRAM for precise indexing and simplified field maintenance.

Koozer Wheelset: Tubeless-ready, ratchet system hubs for immediate engagement, and 27mm internal width rims. DT Swiss straight-pull spokes.

Fovno CNC Crankset: 7075-T6 aluminum machined from solid block for optimal torsional rigidity.

Total Weight: 9.5 kg (Size M).

UDH Standard: Universal Derailleur Hanger interface ensuring compatibility with current and future SRAM direct mount standards.

Compatibility

The MONO is an open platform. It accepts 700c wheels (up to 55mm) and 650b wheels (up to 2.1"). Designed for 1x drivetrains (up to 52t), it features all necessary mounting points: three bottle cage mounts, discreet fender, and rack mounts. Its IS 42/52 headset and semi-internal routing allow for fluid maintenance without complex proprietary tools.
