Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds. As many things made in China you can't expect not to do anything to them. I had to cut or shave off a bit on the clips to make it work. end results put a smile on my face. Still worth the effort. Just keep that in mind or they will fall off.
