Premium Series Frame Tent: Combining Efficiency with Classic Design

The Premium Series Frame Tent is a standout choice when you desire a classic look without compromising on efficiency and ease of setup. Here are the key features of this tent style:

West Coast Style Compatibility: The Premium Series Frame Tent is built on the West Coast Style frame and fittings system, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of tents and accessories. This interchangeability simplifies the process of customizing your tent setup and finding replacement parts if needed.

Tensioned Valance for a Sleek Look: What sets the Premium Series Frame Tent apart is its design approach. Instead of traditional clips or buckles, it uses a tensioned valance, also known as a catenary curve. This design element not only enhances the tent's appearance by providing a smooth and taut valance but also reduces the need for extensive hardware.

Efficiency and Speed: Thanks to its tensioned valance and simplified design, the Premium Series Frame Tent offers faster and more straightforward installations. This can be a significant advantage when you're setting up tents for events, ensuring that the process is efficient and hassle-free.

The Premium Series Frame Tent strikes a balance between classic aesthetics and modern convenience. It provides the timeless look of frame tents with the added benefits of compatibility, efficiency, and speedy installation. Whether you're organizing a wedding, festival, or corporate event, this tent style offers a seamless blend of style and practicality.

Frequently Asked Questions: 20x20 Premium Series Frame Tent

Is this tent fire-rated for public event permits?
Yes. The 20x20 Premium Frame Tent meets or exceeds NFPA 701. Each tent top includes a sewn-in flame-retardant certification label, which is the specific documentation required by fire marshals and municipal inspectors to grant public assembly permits.
Can the 20x20 Premium tent be installed on asphalt or concrete?
Yes. Because this is a freestanding frame structure, it is highly versatile for urban environments. While grass installations use 36-inch double-head stakes, setups on asphalt or concrete require weighted anchors or G-Blocks. This flexibility allows customers to offer solutions for parking lot sales and festival venues where ground penetration is prohibited.
How much wind can the 20x20 Premium Series handle?
The Premium Series is a tension structure. While specific wind ratings depend on proper anchoring (stakes or weights), its design is significantly more stable and wind-resistant than standard "party" tents, as the vinyl is tensioned tightly over the frame to prevent flapping.
Does the 20x20 Premium frame tent require interior center poles?
No. This model is a clear-span structure, meaning the rigid aluminum framework supports the roof without any interior poles. This provides 100% usable floor space, allowing for the unrestricted placement of dance floors, buffet lines, and stages, which is a major operational advantage over traditional pole tents.
What is the guest capacity for a 20x20 Premium Frame Tent?
A 20x20 frame tent provides 400 square feet of unobstructed space, accommodating 40 guests for a seated dinner or up to 67 guests for cathedral-style row seating. This capacity is ideal for professional event planners who require a clear-span interior without the footprint of traditional center poles.
What makes 16oz Blockout Vinyl superior to standard tent fabric?
Our 16oz Blockout PVC vinyl is a commercial-grade material that prevents 100% of UV light from penetrating the top. This technology keeps guests 10-15 degrees cooler during daytime events and prevents sun-glare, making it a critical "Experience" feature for high-end wedding venues and corporate hospitality suites.
How is the 20x20 commercial tent shipped and delivered?
Due to the size and weight of the heavy-duty aluminum pipes and vinyl canopy, this product is shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Delivery requires a loading dock or a forklift, and the buyer must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment upon arrival.
How do I clean and maintain the 16oz vinyl top?
To maximize the expected lifespan of your tent, clean the vinyl top regularly using a gentle soap, warm water, and a soft-bristle brush. Never use harsh bleach or abrasive chemicals. Ensure the tent is completely dry before folding and storing it to prevent mold and mildew buildup.
What are the benefits of the anodized aluminum frame?
The frame uses 2-inch anodized aluminum tubing, which features a protective coating that prevents oxidation. For event professionals, this means the metal will not leave black residue on the white vinyl fabric during setup or teardown, ensuring the tent remains in "Like-New" condition for years of heavy-duty rental use.
Are replacement parts available if the tent frame gets damaged?
Yes, we offer a full inventory of replacement parts for the 20x20 Premium Frame Tent. Whether you need a replacement aluminum pipe, steel corner fitting, base plate, or a new canopy top, you can order individual components to keep your investment in perfect working condition.
How many crew members are needed for setup?
A professional crew of 3 to 4 people is recommended for the safe installation of a 20x20 frame. The process involves assembling the roof skeleton on the ground, fitting the fabric, and then "walking" the tent up onto its legs, a method that minimizes fabric strain and maximizes onsite safety.
Can this tent be set up for a long-term installation?
Yes, the Premium Series is designed for durability and can be set up for extended periods of 6 months or more. Because it features a 2-inch anodized aluminum frame and heavy-duty 16oz blockout vinyl, it is robust enough for seasonal venue use or temporary warehousing. However, for long-term installations, we strictly recommend enhanced heavy-duty staking or anchoring and regular monitoring of weather conditions. It is essential to ensure the structure is properly tensioned and inspected periodically to maintain its integrity against the elements. While the frame is extremely strong, the tent should be cleared of heavy snow accumulation and evacuated during extreme weather warnings.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
