Cardas Patented Binding Post (CPBP) with short, rhodium over silver-plated binding posts

A single unit consists of a single knob, the top clamp, two posts, the base, and a 1/4-28 allen bolt.

One Pair is required per speaker. Two pairs are required for two speakers and so on..

Designed as an OEM system, Cardas CPBP CS Binding Post can replace most stock binding posts. A single knob tightens both leads of the connected cable at the same time, without tools. The contact posts have no nuts or threads to over-tighten and strip.

Binding knobs can be custom-made in different materials, shapes, sizes, logos, or finishes.

The Cardas Patented Binding Post, designed as an OEM system, can replace most stock binding posts. The famous "one-handed binding post" offers a single knob that tightens both spades of the speaker cable at the same time. No tools are needed, and the contact posts have no nuts or threads to over-tighten or strip.

The speaker or amplifier's internal wiring is soldered to the inside of the post, achieving an extremely short signal path. Spades are covered by the top clamp, making the CPBP a CE-friendly part in Europe. A 1/4-28 Allen colt is supplied.

To accommodate different mounting surface thicknesses, the .25" diameter contact posts are available in two lengths. Short posts are .880" in total length (protruding .25" behind base). Long posts are 1.6"in total length (protruding 1" behind base). Posts are machined from high-purity billet copper. Posts are available in bar copper or plated with rhodium over silver.

A knurled plastic knob is standard. Other knobs are available, including bare aluminum (KBA), anodized aluminum (KAB), and an aluminum knob shaped like the Cardas Nautilus (KN). The anodized knob can be laser-engraved with a logo (KAE).

Installation

A single Allen bolt locks the binding post base to the chassis or cabinet. Raised bosses on the back of the base fit standard mounting holes, and the posts are then inserted into the base.

Using CPBP with Bananas

The CPBP is designed for use with spades; however, the top clamp can be modified to accommodate bananas by drilling a 4mm (or 5/32") hole in each of the two points indicated below.

Brilliant! I have been convinced for that the opening ...
Format: Paperback
Brilliant! I have been convinced for some time that the opening verses of I John were speaking about the resurrection and not the incarnation per se. Not that these two are opposed to one another, which is evident from Jensen's title: resurrection presupposes incarnation, but what John has specifically in mind in his letter's opening is the resurrection. So, when John says in his opening "That which was from the beginning, which we heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and have touched with our hands concerning the word of life..." What was heard, seen, looked upon, and touched was the resurrected Christ (cf. John 20:24-29). And next, "the life was manifest" would mean the new life Jesus was resurrected to, that is eternal life never to die again. And now what John has seen and heard concerning the resurrection he has proclaimed to the recipients of his letter. Moreover, it is the resurrection that confirms that Jesus is the Christ; it is his vindication by the Father that he was exactly who he claimed to be and was unjustly put to death by his fellow Jews. This then means that the major conflict taken up within the letter is over the resurrection. To deny the resurrection is to deny that Jesus is the Christ and vice versa. In fact, this is the spirit of the antichrist. Jensen goes into much more detail than this, and provides a reading of the entirety of the letter through the lens of the resurrection. His reading is overall successful and convincing. There is a portion here or there that I would differ from him, but Jensen's thesis is sound and makes remarkable sense of John's epistle. I highly recommend this book.

LOVE MY SINK CADDY!
Color: Black
This caddy is such a game changer for my kitchen. It keeps everything neat and in one place AND no more clutter around the sink! I can fit my soap, sponges, and brushes easily, and it still looks nice on the counter. The drying base really works too! It absorbs water fast and doesn’t get gross like other trays I’ve had. It’s sturdy, doesn’t slip, and even looks kind of decorative. Definitely worth it!
